He who receives whomever I send receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.

   So when He had washed their feet, taken his garments, and sat down again, He said to them,  "Do you know what I have done to you?

   You called Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.

   If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.

   For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.

   Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him.

   If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.

   I do not speak concerning all of you, I know whom I have chosen; but that the Scriptures may be fulfilled,  'He who eats bread with Me has lifted up his heel against me.'

   Now I tell you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe that I am He.

   Most assuredly, I say to you, he who receives whomever I send receives Me; and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me."

- LET EVERY CREATURE PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME -

 "  ....O Lord, I will praise YOU;
Though You were angry with me,
   Your anger is turned away,
and You comfort me.

   Behold, God is my salvation,
I will trust and not be afraid;
   For Yah, the Lord,
is my strength and song;
   He also has become my salvation."

   Therefore with joy you will draw water,
From the wells of salvation.

   And in that day you will say:

   "Praise the Lord, call upon His name;
Declare His deeds among the peoples,
   Make mention that His name is exalted.

   Sing to the Lord,
For He has done excellent things;
   This is known in all the earth.

   Cry out and shout,
O inhabitants of Zion,
   For great is the Holy One of
Israel in your midst."        Isaiah  Chapter 12.

Many blessings to you and yours.

But Did He Not Make Them One?

  Have we not all one Father?
Has not one God created us?
   Why do we deal treacherously with one another
By profaning the covenant of the fathers?

   Judah has dealt treacherously'
And an abomination has been committed in Israel and in JerUSAlem,

   For Judah has profaned
The Lord's Holy Institution, which He loves:
He has married the daughter of a foreign god.

   May the Lord cut off from the tents of Jacob
The man who does this, being awake and aware,
Yet who brings an offering to the Lord of hosts!

   And this is the second thing you do:
You cover the alter of the Lord with tears,
With weeping and crying;
So He does not regard the offering any more,
Nor receive it with goodwill from your hands,
Yet you say, "For what reason?"

   Because the Lord has been witness
Between you and the wife of your youth,
With whom you have dealt with treacherously;
Yet she is your companion
And your wife by covenant.

   But, did He not make them one,
Having a remanant of the Spirit?
And why one?
He seeks godly offspring.

   Therefore take heed to your spirit.
And let none deal treacherously
With the wife of his youth.

   Many Blessings to You and Yours.

"May Your Fountains Be Blessed, And May You Rejoice In The Wife Of Your Youth".

 My son, pay attention to my wisdom,
listen well to my words of insight, that you may maintain discretion, and your lips may preserve knowledge.

   For the lips of an adulteress drip honey,
and her speech is smoother than oil;
but in the end she is bitter as gall,
sharp as a double-edge sword.

   Her feet go down to death;
her steps lead straight to the grave.

   She gives no thought to the way of life;
her paths are crooked,  but she knows it not.

   Now then, my sons, listen to me;
 do not turn aside from what I say.

   Keep to a path far from her,
do not go near the door of her house.
lest you give your best strength to others
and your years to one who is cruel,
lest strangers feast on your wealth
and your toil enrich another man's house.

   At the end of your life you will groan,
when your flesh and body are spent.

   You will say,
"How I hated discipline!
How my heart spurned correction!

   I would not obey my teachers
or listen to my instructors.
I have come to the brink of utter ruin
in the midst of the whole assembly".

   Drink water from your own cistern,
running water from your own well.
Should your springs overflow in the streets,
your streams of water in the public squares?

   Let them be yours alone,
never to be shared with strangers.

   May your fountain be blessed,
and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth.

   A loving doe, a graceful deer-
may her breasts satisfy you always,
may you ever be captivated by her love.

   Why be captivated, my son, by an adulteress?
why embrace the bosom of another man's wife?

   For a man's ways are in full view of the Lord'
and He examines all his paths.

   The evil deeds of a wicked man ensnare him;
the cords of  his sin hold him fast.

   He will die for lack of discipline,
led astray by his own great folly.          Proverbs  chapter - 5

- THE WORDS OF JESUS -

     Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
   Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them.

   Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery.  And when they had set her in the midst, they said to Him.  "Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act.  Now Moses, in the law commanded us that such should be stoned.  But what do you say?"  This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him.  But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.

   So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them,  "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first."  And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.  Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last.  And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

   When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her,  "Woman, where are those accusers of yours?  Has no one condemned you?"  She said, "No one, Lord."  And Jesus said to her,  "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more."

   Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying,  "I am the light of the world.  He who follows Me will not walk in darkness, but has the light of life."

   The Pharisees therefore said to Him,  "You bear witness of Yourself;  Your witness is not true."  Jesus answered and said to them,  "Even if I bear witness of myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going.  You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one.  And yet if I do judge, My judgement is true; for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent Me.  It is also written in your law that the testimony of two men is true.  I am One who bears witness of Myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness of Me."  Then they said to Him,  "Where is your Father?"  Jesus answered,  "You know neither Me nor my Father.  If you would have known Me, you would have known My Father also."

   These words Jesus spoke in the treasury, as He taught in the temple; and no one laid hands on Him, for His hour had not yet come.  The Gospel of John - chapter 8

DOES NOT WISDOM CRY OUT, AND UNDERSTANDING LIFT UP HER VOICE?

   So God created man in His own image;
in the image of God He created him;
  male and female He created them.  Genesis  1:27

     For God so loved the world
that He gave His only begotten Son,
  that whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have everlasting life.  John  3:16

  And I will pray the Father,
and He will give you another Helper,
  that He may abide with you forever -

   the Spirit of truth,
whom the world cannot receive,
  because it neither sees Him
nor knows Him;
  but you know Him,
for He dwells with you
  and will be in you.  John 14: 16-17

  If God is the Father, and we know that He Is.
And if Jesus is the Son Of God, which we hold to be true.
  And if the Holy Spirit is also called He, it's in the Scriptures.
And if mankind was created in the image of God,
   both male and female.
Then where can the feminine attributes of God be found?

 TAKE A LOOK AND SEE !

   Does not wisdom cry out,
And understanding lift up her voice?
  She takes her stand
on the top of the high hill,
  Beside the way,
where the paths meet.

  She cries out by the gates,
 at the entry of the city,
  At the entrance of the doors:
"To you, O men, I call,
 And my voice is to the sons of men.

  O you simple ones,
understand prudence,
  And you fools,
be of an understanding heart.

  Listen, for I will speak
of excellent things,
 And from the opening of my lips
will come right things;
  For my mouth will speak truth,
Wickedness is an abomination to my lips.

  All the words of my mouth are with righteousness;
Nothing crooked or perverse is in them.
  They are all plain to him who understands,
And right to those who finds knowledge.

  Receive my instruction, and not silver,
And knowledge rather than choice gold;
  For wisdom is better than rubies,
And all the things one may desire
  cannot be compared with her.

  I wisdom, dwell with prudence,
And find out knowledge and discretion.
  The fear of the Lord is to hate evil;
Pride and arrogance and the evil way,
 And the perverse mouth I hate.

  Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom;
I am understanding, I have strength.
  By me kings reign.
And rulers decree justice.
  By me princes rule, and nobles,
All the judges of the earth.

  I love those who love me,
And those who seek me dilligently will find me.
 Riches and honor  are with me,
Enduring riches and righteousness.

  My fruit is better than gold,
yes, than fine gold,
  And my revenue than choice silver.

  I traverse the way of righteousness,
In the midst of the paths of justice,
  That I may cause those who love me to inherit wealth,
That I may fill their treasuries.

  The Lord possessed me at the beginning of His way.
Before His works of old.
  I have been established from everlasting,
From the beginning, before there was ever an earth.

  When there were no depths I was brought forth,
When there were no fountains abounding with water.
  Before the moutains were settled,
Before the hills, I was brought forth;

  While as yet He had not made the earth or the fields,
Or the primal dust of the world.
  When He prepared the heavens, I was there,
When He drew a circle on the face of the deep,

  When He established the clouds above,
When He strenghtened the fountains of the deep,
  When Hs assigned to the sea its limit,
So that the waters would not transgress His command,

  When He marked out the foundations  of the earth,
Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman;
  And I was daily His delight,
Rejoicing always before Him
  Rejoicing in His inhabited world,
And my delight was with the sons of men.

  Now therefore, listen to me, my children,
For blessed are those who keep my ways.
  Here instruction and be wise,
And do not distain it.

  Blessed is the man who listens to me,
Watching daily at my gates,
  Waiting at the posts of my doors.

  For whoever finds me finds life,
And obtains favor from the Lord;
  But he who sins against me  wrongs his own soul,
All those who hate me loves death".
                                                     Proverbs  Chapter 8  -  NKJ

  Wisdom has built her house;
She has hewn out its seven pillers.
  She has prepared her meat and mixed her wine;
She has also set her table.
  She has sent out her maids, and she calls
from the highest point of the city.

  "Let all who are simple come in here!
She says to those who lack judgement,
  Come, eat my food and drink the wine I have mixed.
Leave your simple ways and you will live;
  walk in the way of understanding".   Proverbs  9: 1 - 6  -  NIV

  Some of the feminine attributes of God are brought to light within the verses of the Holy Scriptures shown above.  Those femine attributes of God that are brought to light  in the 8th and 9th chapters of the book of Proverbs are each called by their names.
  These feminine attributes of God are known as "Wisdom", "Understanding", "Prudence" and "Knowledge". But there are more of them to be found in the "Word Of God". Look within the "Wisdom Books", and see what you can find.  You will find this an interesting" bible study".
